New Iranian Hostilities: what can we expect?

"Obama promises 'toughest sanctions' on Iran." As you know, a few days ago a man was caught allegedly trying to order the assassination of Saudi Arabia's ambassador to the U.S., right here in America. I've already linked to articles concerning this, but I will add yet one more for your perusal; Assassination Plot was Pushed by DEA Informant.

Frankly, the whole idea behind this event is unbelievable and thin. Even with that said, U.S. diplomats in China are trying to convince them that it is real. In the end, in order to "get along", many nations will simply accept what our gov't officially claims to be true, whether or not it makes sense. It may be enough to launch war with Iran, either by ourselves or Israel; a move that the Saudis would greatly appreciate, also! Personally, it seems to me that some more devastating, pronounced act of terror (or the accusation of a plan for one) will likely occur, in order to justify war. Yet from what I have seen, this may be all that is needed.

For our part, right now, we have to prepare. Things can go downhill in a hurry. What happens next, I cannot know with certainty; but the possibilities are grim, so let's look at them.

Who will attack whom? It is likely  that Israel will attack Iran. This has been forecast for some time now, and especially coinciding with the Palestinian statehood bid, to divert attention. But how will they attack? Will they limit strikes to alleged nuclear facilities, or will they also strike military bases? Will they strike with nuclear weapons? How will Iran respond? What will be the U.S. role in it?

It is difficult to for me to see Israel striking alone. I do not think that we will even settle for a support role in case of retaliation, for there will likely be other nations involved; Syria and Pakistan. Syria will be bombed exclusively (no land invasion), carefully avoiding the Russian naval base on the Mediterranean Sea. This will take out any military support that they might lend to Iran. The Pakistan war is already acknowledged, so we will simply take the next step and seize their nuclear weapons, striking key miltary installations along the way.

Iran may respond by blocking off the Strait of Hormuz, which is a key source for oil transport in the world. Gas prices here would skyrocket to between $8-10 per gallon. The economic "crash" that we have been anticipating would come abruptly, since our entire economy relies on oil. Riots will take the place of peaceful demonstrations, and martial law will be established. Elections will almost certainly be suspended. These are the "lighter" consequences!

What will Russia & China do? These events will likely be the last straw, and military conflict will begin to break out. A first strike nuclear war will be launched. Who knows what the exact outcome of that will be? More "false flags" will be raised pinting toward these nations in order to justify our response. Just how long will all of this take to develop, after the strike on Iran? I don't know; it could go only a week or so, or it could take several months (knowing that nuclear war is at stake).

A devastated world will be led into a world government, and the "arrival" of the ANTICHRIST will cement world unity and "peace."

No, I haven't any exact timetables. But you need to see just how extreme things can happen quickly, and escalate. The time is now to turn fully to Jesus Christ, and receive salvation. Even under the best of circumstances, not one of us is guaranteed tomorrow.
