Syrian War developing; earthquakes multiplying

With an early snow here in the Eastern U.S., this is a great day to do some reading. Unfortuneatly, the news here on this site tends toward deadly developments. But we can prepare, so please share these updates with whomever you can. We are all far too comfortable with our lives here, and have become numb to the atrocities that our own gov't is carrying out around the world, and even here at home. In line with this, please read Under the Shadow of a Deadly State; it is an article of reasonable length.

- Syrian Security Forces shell restive district after deadly day of protests (estimate 40 dead).
Also read the short article, Syrian protests and Turkey: war is coming soon

In other "bits" of info;
- French Warships hit Somalia Coastline with Missiles.
- 12 U.S. soldiers killed in Kabul attack (Afghanistan).
- Bomb attack kills 1 in SE Turkey.
- Several Palestinians killed in Israeli airstrike in Gaza.

Yesterday, there was a 6.9 earthquake in Peru: 11/28/11 reported 7 quakes of magnitude 5 or higher. From October 16th through the 28th, there have been 50 earthquakes of magnitude 5 or greater! October 16th was the day reported to be when the Earth entered Planet X's magnetic field. Expect a continued increase of quakes as this planet draws nearer to Earth. So far, most of the quakes have been in areas known to be typically vulnerable. Stay alert!
