These past 2 days have been quake-active days. It is worth mentioning that 3 quakes near Berkely, CA, were recorded; a 2.8, 3.8, & 4.0. We have been suspecting that California may be due a larger quake sometime soon. Also, a 7.4 happened in the Kermadec Island region (NE of New Zealand).
- Turkey sent some 10,000 troops into Iraq while confronting Kurdish terrorists; 32 of the PKK were also killed by Turkish troops in SE Turkey.
- "Syrian ptotesters take inspiration from Libya."
- "Syrians Rally, Saying Assad is Next." They had better hope not! There is an old Chinese saying, "Do not bring a tiger into your house to kill a mouse." After the mouse is gone, you have a much bigger problem!
