Syria in the crosshairs. Earthquake in Turkey

First, this-n-that;
- Kenyan airstrikes kill 64 in Somalia.
- Saleh (President of Yemen) calls in troops to crush dissent.
- Pakistanis protest U.S. terror drones.

There is also another link to look at, Withdrawal Symptoms, concerning the supposed Iraq troop withdrawal; good article!

Now on to Syria:
- The U.S. has pulled out its diplomatic envoy from Syria.
- Syrian Forces kill 2.
- U.S. Senator John McCain is now suggesting intervention in Syria.

In Turkey:
- 3 Turkish soldiers killed by PKK militants.
- A 7.2 quake in Eastern Turkey has killed at least 230.
Food for thought: Turkey has been getting friendly with Iran. Also, in its fights with the PKK in Eastern Turkey, 10,000 Turkish soldiers recently entered Iraq. Could this quake have been man-made; sending a message that Turkey is now going too far? "Coincidences" like this keep happening!
